Content Strategy Audit

The Content Strategy Audit is priced at $99, unless a different price is clearly stated before purchase.

The audit covers one website and all publicly accessible pages available at the time the review is conducted.

The audit may include review of:

• SEO and search intent
• Content gaps
• Page structure and headings
• Titles and meta descriptions
• Internal linking
• Content clarity and usefulness
• AEO considerations
• GEO considerations
• Messaging
• Prioritized recommendations

The audit is delivered as a PDF report with a prioritized action plan.

The standard turnaround is within 5 business days, unless another timeframe is agreed.

One clarification email may be requested within 7 days of delivery.

The clarification email is intended to answer questions about the delivered report. It does not include a new audit, implementation work, or a complete revision of the report.

Audit Limitations

The Content Strategy Audit focuses on content strategy, content SEO, search intent, page structure, and related content considerations.

It does not include:

• Implementation of recommendations
• A consultation call unless separately agreed
• A full technical SEO audit
• Guaranteed search rankings
• Guaranteed traffic increases
• Guaranteed AI citations
• Guaranteed inclusion in search engine or AI-generated results

Search engines and AI platforms are operated by third parties, and their ranking, indexing, citation, and visibility decisions cannot be guaranteed.

Payments

Payment requirements may vary according to the service.

Where payment is required before work begins, work may not start until payment has been received.

Custom projects may use full payment, deposits, milestones, or other payment arrangements agreed in writing before the project begins.

Any third-party payment processor used on the website operates under its own applicable terms and privacy practices.

Delivery

Delivery times are based on the agreed scope and information available when the project begins.

Delivery may be affected if:

• The project scope changes
• Required information is delayed
• Feedback or approval is delayed
• Additional work is requested
• Circumstances outside reasonable control affect completion

If a significant delay occurs, the client will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.

Revisions

Revision terms for custom projects may be agreed as part of the individual project scope.

A revision normally means reasonable changes to an agreed deliverable within the original scope.

Requests that substantially change the topic, audience, purpose, length, format, research requirements, or original direction may be treated as additional work.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of the final custom deliverable transfers to the client after full payment has been received.

Drafts, unused concepts, internal working notes, processes, research methods, templates, and materials that are not part of the final deliverable remain the property of their original owner.

Third-party materials remain subject to the rights and licences of their respective owners.

Portfolio Use

Publicly published work may be referenced or linked to as an example of previous work where appropriate.

Private, confidential, or unpublished client material will not intentionally be displayed as portfolio work without permission or another appropriate basis.

Those websites operate independently and may have their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and practices.

Refund Policy

Content Strategy Audit

A customer may request a full refund if the audit is cancelled before work on the audit has begun.

Once work on the audit has begun, the audit fee is non-refundable because professional review time has already been committed.

If I am unable to deliver the purchased audit, the customer will receive a full refund.

If an unexpected delay prevents delivery within the stated 5-business-day turnaround, I will contact the client and propose a revised delivery date.

If the revised timeframe is not accepted and the audit cannot be completed as originally agreed, the client will receive a full refund.

The included clarification email is intended for questions about the delivered report. It does not constitute a new audit, full revision, or additional consulting engagement.

Other Services

For blog posts, website copy, long-form resources, editing, optimization, and other custom services, payment, cancellation, revision, and refund terms may be agreed in writing before work begins.

Where substantial work has already been completed, fees relating to completed work may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

No Guarantee of Results

Writing, SEO, AEO, GEO, editing, and content strategy services are intended to improve the quality, usefulness, structure, or discoverability of content.

No specific commercial or search result is guaranteed, including:

• Search rankings
• Website traffic
• Leads
• Sales
• Conversions
• Revenue
• AI citations
• Search indexing

Results may depend on factors outside the services provided.

Limitation of Liability

Services are provided with reasonable professional care based on the agreed scope and information available.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Alex Kithinji will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising from use of the website or services.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms removes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Confidentiality

Information clearly provided in confidence for the purpose of completing a project will be handled with reasonable care.

Clients should not send passwords, financial account credentials, identification documents, or other highly sensitive information through the ordinary contact form or email unless a secure method has been specifically arranged.
